Goal 2: Deliver five seasonal technical collections and two athleisure collections annually, each featuring 3–10 meticulously designed pieces.



Goal 3: Establish a scalable production model to ensure efficient development and consistent quality.

Scope

Led end-to-end product design, development, and launch strategy, overseeing vendor sourcing, fabric development, and innovation by collaborating with manufacturers to create custom textile blends, treatments, and performance fabrics. Directed pattern development and custom print designs for five annual collections of technical and athleisure apparel. Managed the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring brand consistency, functionality, and production efficiency.
